How to troubleshoot the dislocation phenomenon of fiber laser marking machine engraving?

During the engraving process of the fiber laser marking machine, various marking misalignment problems occasionally occur, such as up, down, left, and right misalignment, xz axis misalignment, etc. These are the root causes of the engraving effect of the laser marking machine. When there is a dislocation phenomenon, where should we start to investigate?
1. Check whether the ground wire is connected properly.
2. Check whether the way of engraving software is correct or not.
3. Check whether the software parameters are set correctly or not.
4. Check the gap size of the screw rod and whether the fastening screw of the polished rod is loose.
5. Check whether there is any bad contact on the line connecting the main shaft of the engraving machine to the machine control box towline.
6. Whether the coupling above the water-cooled spindle motor is loose or damaged can be checked and tightened by hand or replaced.
7. Whether the computer has viruses or other incompatible programs, it is generally recommended to reinstall the system.
8. If the voltage connected to the engraving machine is too low, there will be engraving misalignment. It is recommended to connect according to the data given by the manufacturer when selecting the voltage, or add a voltage stabilizer.
9. If there is a problem with the driver itself, there will be misalignment, which is the most likely; sometimes it can be engraved normally, which means that the driver is not completely broken; if the workpiece is dislocated as soon as it is turned on, it means that the driver is completely broken. This requires patching the drive or replacing the drive.
